This program does not seem to work with IE7

No SOLUTIONS to this not working in IE7 has been reported yet!

Doesn't work for me either. IE7 version 7.0.5730.11 XP SP2

I am using IE 7 (version 7.0.5730.11) on Windows XP version5.1 Sp2
Even after installing inline search exe, pressing F3 or ctl +F or Edit --> Find still opens windows modal search dialog. So, this plugin doesn't work for me :(

I also have this problem on 7.0.5730.11 and it has been happening since v1.3
If i press CTRL+F nothing happens, but if i hold down CTRL+F, after a few seconds the normal IE search appears.

Help?
If it isn't working for you, look at the status bar at the bottom of the screen. Look at the empty squares at the bottom and double-click the 3rd one from the left. This will open the add-ons page, and just click the Inline search entry, then select the "enable" radio button

************

When the focus is on the page and not on the search bar, if u press F3 it will open the old modal search window instead of searching for the next occurrence.

Can also the f3 be made a global shortcut key?

for some reason at times the InlineSearch.dll is not registered when it is installed. One gets a "Inlinesearch.dll not loaded" when one looks the details in the installing window. Execute "regsvr32 <path & filename of inlinesearch.dll>" in the commandline windows and it will get registered and inline search will start to work.

With 105 key, hungarian layout keyboard, ALT-gr + F brings up inline search toolbar, even if focus is in an input box. By default ALT-gr + F is the '[' key. Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11 english version.
